Marina Bay by Day
The timing of this visit was almost perfect. The PHL airport was not yet in heightened alert (praying for the passengers of the MH370 though) and the haze hasn't really touched the city yet. Anyway, who says that Marina Bay Sands is only beautiful at night?

Making Shooting Stars

Welcome 2014 in Monochrome
My firsts for 2014.
One thing that I would like to do this year is to grab my camera and start shooting again, to relearn photography but also to appreciate things, people, and places around us. Photography is one of the most beautiful art ever. It's amazing how a single still/photo can take you to places, make you feel a certain emotion, and make you escape from your busy and stressed life.
We love fireworks. They are colorful, romantic, hypnotizing, and wonderful. But who would've thought that they'd also look good in monochrome. They are like thousand of shooting stars in the sky that you can make thousand wishes on the very first day of the year.
